While our service and cuisine exude a fine dining feel, we ask that guests be comfortable in their attire since we are at the beach after all. Our award-winning wine list, fine food and professional service make Edward's a beloved establishment on Scenic 30A. Edward's is family friendly and offers a great kids’ menu. We operate on beach time and do not accept reservations except for Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve.
Tables are seated on a first come, first served basis.
A 20% gratuity is added to all to-go orders and will go directly to our hourly employees.

Josh – Head Chef
Chef Josh Smith's roots go back to Monroe, North Carolina, a small rural farming community outside of Charlotte. His family had an acre large garden and the entire family helped in putting food on the table. Some of Josh's earliest memories are of assisting his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. As a teenager, the family moved to Panama City and Josh got involved in the Pro-start Culinary Program at Bay High School, where he won a Pro-start Award to study at Johnson and Wales in North Miami.

Jimmy – General Manager
Jimmy Berry was born on the New Jersey Shore 1977. He attended Bricktown Vocational School culinary program in 1996 and the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing in 1998. Jimmy has always had a passion for the culinary arts. He worked at Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City New Jersey as Pastry Cook as well as the Taj Mahal Casino Hotel as Pastry Sous Chef also in The World’s Playground. He also became Level 1 Sommelier certified.
